Bad news, Halsey fans: MaXXXine is no longer “The Greatest Fur Fashion Movie of 2024.” In a shocking upset, the Romanian team has taken the top spot with Buzz House. The American team could make a comeback with The Apprentice releasing later this year, but we will see when it finally drops. Looking at the bright side, it’s 2024 and there may be an entire “top 3 fur fashion films.” We are truly spoiled.

Buzz House – Fur Fashion Review
I will rely on the IMDb synopsis because my Romanian is a little non-existent. A group of people go to a remote house in the woods for some kind of reality competition involving being stalked by a fake killer. The real killer kills the fake killer, and murder hijinks ensue.
One of the contestants wears a lovely golden isle fox stroller for about five minutes total. I will cautiously say this contestant is Igora. Ordinarily, I would have a little set of parentheses with the actress’s name next to the character’s name, but, like all of the main cast, Iorga is Iorga. I’m going to say Iorga, like most of the cast, is an “influencer” of some kind.
At the end of the film, Iorga briefly wears another fur, possibly a black fox, though it’s not on screen for long. Another coat shows up very briefly during the film’s opening, where we meet a previous cast who meet the same fate as the new cast.
It’s a 5%, which handily beats MaXXXine in the runtime department. The only “buzz” in this film is in the title and not the actress’s haircut, so that’s a bonus as far as I’m concerned. And, hey, check those claws…
