A Brief Vacation – Fur Fashion Review

The film is about a factory worker who gets tuberculosis and is “prescribed” a visit to a ~~swanky mountain retreat~~ “sanitorium.” Man, Italian universal healthcare is sweet. The movie is about the people she meets, and most of our content is about the people she meets. That is because some very financially secure individuals also attend the resort. What better way to communicate that than a big pile of fur coats?

In this case, I mean that literally. Clara, our protagonist (Florinda Bolkan), meets Scanziani (Adriana Asti) on the bus ride in. She is piling up huge fox coats on the seat next to Clara.
